Harris County District Clerk's Office illustrated to the Orleans Parish group their criminal storage practices and recording methods

Harris County District Clerk Loren Jackson hosted Orleans Parish Clerks of Court Arthur Morrell and Larry Cager and members of their staff on Dec. 17. Representatives from the Harris County District Clerk’s Office showed the Orleans Parish group their criminal storage practices and recording methods and demonstrated how criminal case files and systems are processed within the office. Staff members of Orleans Parish visited county offices in different cities to gain ideas of how to model their own processes.

Texas Jaycee Foundation Vice Chairman Pat Felder and Treasurer Arthur Oswald present a check for $50,000 to the District Clerk’s Office historic documents preservation project.
