e-Filing
Through TexasOnline, attorneys can electronically file (e-File)
documents with the Civil District Courts and Family District Courts of Harris County
via a certified Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP). Upon registering with
the EFSP of their choice, attorneys can remotely file documents 24 hours a day,
7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Various general, criminal, and child support forms
are available for download. To use the forms, a plug-in is needed for your browser
or a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
e-Clerk
e-Clerk is a series of web-based programs designed to allow the general public and
attorneys access to information maintained by the District
Clerk via the Internet.

e-Gov is a web-based program
designed to allow governmental agencies access to information maintained by the
District Clerk via the Internet.
Fax Filing
Fax Filing is available
for both the Civil District Courts and Family District Courts of Harris County.
Subscriber Access
The Subscriber Access Program provides the public with remote access to Criminal
County Court, Criminal District Court, and Civil District Court records via the
Internet.

Many of the records maintained by the District Clerk's office are public information.
