Disqualification Search

In order to disqualify yourself from jury service, please enter the 8-digit
number printed at the top left of your jury summons form next to the bar code. Do
not enter HC in the sequence number. Enter your last name only.

*If you do not have your juror summons you may try the Search by
entering your Texas Driver's License number. However your TDL number may not be
on file with us, so the best search criteria will always be your HC number.
If you have lost your jury summons, you can print out a blank copy by clicking here.
