To claim a disqualification from jury service input the eight digit HC number
printed at the top right hand corner of your jury summons form under Official
Jury Summons in the 'HC Number or TDL Number' field. Do not include 'HC' in the
entry of the HC number; use only the numeric characters. Input only your last name
in the 'Juror Last Name' field.
*You may try your search by using your Texas Driver's License
number; however, if your TDL is not on file with us, your juror information will
not be found. The HC number is the best search criterion.
