If the date for which you have been summoned is inconvenient, you may reschedule
your appearance date. You are allowed to reschedule your jury service a maximum
of two times within a six month period (Govt.Code 62.0142). If the court to
which you have been summoned does not have scheduled summons dates for the next
six month period you will be limited to the dates available for that court.
However, please be aware that once you reschedule your appearance date you will not
be allowed to reschedule to a date prior to the rescheduled date.
To reset your jury service date input the eight digit HC number printed at the top
right hand corner of your jury summons form under Official Jury Summons in the
'HC Number or TDL Number' field. Do not include 'HC' in the entry of the HC
number only; use the numeric characters. Input only your last name in the 'Juror
Last Name' field.
*You may try your search by using your Texas Driver's License
number; however, if your TDL is not on file with us, your juror information will
not be found. The HC number is the best search criterion.
