Pursuant to Government Code 51.971, a Judicial and Court Personnel Training Fee shall be collected on the filings of any civil action or proceeding requiring a filing fee, which will include counterclaims, cross-actions, interventions, interpleaders or third party action. This fee will be associated to all new petitions and these trypes of action in both Civil and Family courts effective January 1, 2018.

Pursuant to Tax Code 33.73, effective January 1, 2018, Tax Master Fee will increase to $50.00 and will affect those Tax Cases heard in those Civil Courts with a Tax Master in place.


Effective December 1st, 2017, in compliance with the Texas Statutes, there are fee increases in the County Criminal Courts. Occupational Driving License fees of $262 for District Criminal Courts and $257 for County Criminal Courts. Petitions for Non-Disclosure filing fees of $295 for District Criminal Courts and $285 for County Criminal Courts. BF Motions for New Trial/Misdemeanor $70 and BF Motions for New Trial/Felony $75.

Beginning December 8th, our office will be hosting Passport Processing services in Tomball, Texas!
Thereafter, we will have a presence in Lone Star College - Tomball Community Center (30555 Tomball Parkway, Tomball, Texas 77375) the second Friday of each month (excluding County Holidays.)
