1. To Enter the Criminal system press 1 and <ENTER>
    VERY IMPORTANT!! Make sure your Caps Lock is off.
2. Press <Ctrl>+z to clear your screen if it is not blank.
3. Do your background check.
4. When finished press <Ctrl>+Z to clear your screen
5. Type rnet and <ENTER>
6. Type 24 and press <ENTER>
7. Now you may disconnect
