The Harris County medical plan is offered through Aetna and affords you the opportunity to choose any doctor or other health provider. Whether you use in-network or out-of-network benefits depends on where and from whom you receive your care. This plan does not require PCP selection or referrals for specialists.

Harris County employees have the option of choosing either a DHMO plan or Indemnity plan for their dental care.
